[00:01:09] [SPEAKER_02]: Let's get into the program today.

[00:01:11] [SPEAKER_02]: Right away.

[00:01:12] [SPEAKER_02]: You know all the other stuff.

[00:01:13] [SPEAKER_02]: I'm on X at Terry Wyce.

[00:01:16] [SPEAKER_02]: There's a YouTube channel.

[00:01:17] [SPEAKER_02]: WICE Thoughts.com.

[00:01:18] [SPEAKER_02]: And the WICE Productions.com website.

[00:01:21] [SPEAKER_02]: If you're looking for any kind of voiceover, audio book, anything.

[00:01:24] [SPEAKER_02]: And audio video related as well.

[00:01:27] [SPEAKER_02]: Let's get into the topic of hand on today's program.

[00:01:30] [SPEAKER_02]: I'll get that out.

[00:01:32] [SPEAKER_02]: I'll spit that right out of the mic.

[00:01:33] [SPEAKER_02]: I'll get that out of the way.

[00:01:35] [SPEAKER_02]: What do we want to talk about on this episode of WICE Thoughts?

[00:01:38] [SPEAKER_02]: We're going to talk about feeling the fear and do it any way.

[00:01:43] [SPEAKER_02]: I think this is a very important thing that we need to talk about, especially in today's world

[00:01:47] [SPEAKER_02]: because there's a lot of fear going on.

[00:01:50] [SPEAKER_02]: There's a lot of fear mongering.

[00:01:51] [SPEAKER_02]: There's a lot of attempts by all assets, the mainstream media, your friends, your family,

[00:01:58] [SPEAKER_02]: a society in general to use fear to keep you in line, to keep you from maybe attaining a dream

[00:02:06] [SPEAKER_02]: or even pursuing a dream, or to just kind of keep you in your place.

[00:02:12] [SPEAKER_02]: And we also, we, and when I say we, I'm including myself.

[00:02:17] [SPEAKER_02]: When I went out whenever we talk about a topic, I'm including me because it's something

[00:02:20] [SPEAKER_02]: I am, either, a experienced, b, are going through or c think I may have conquered.

[00:02:26] [SPEAKER_02]: So just so you know, I'm not here again on some more amountantop preaching down among you.

[00:02:33] [SPEAKER_02]: Oh, all healed very wise.

[00:02:36] [SPEAKER_02]: No, it's not like that at all.

[00:02:37] [SPEAKER_02]: I'm just one of the gang talking with you today.

[00:02:39] [SPEAKER_02]: So anyway, fear is also something we do to ourselves.

[00:02:45] [SPEAKER_02]: We limit ourselves because sometimes you're mind.

[00:02:50] [SPEAKER_02]: Your mind could be your biggest enemy.

[00:02:55] [SPEAKER_02]: And let's face it, folks. How many of us really know our minds?

[00:02:59] [SPEAKER_02]: I know I don't.

[00:03:00] [SPEAKER_02]: That little bugger, that little voice that's inside your head.

[00:03:03] [SPEAKER_02]: They've written songs about it, poetry, books, psychologists,

[00:03:06] [SPEAKER_02]: to have studied it for thousands of years.

[00:03:10] [SPEAKER_02]: You know, your mind, that little voice inside your head,

[00:03:14] [SPEAKER_02]: you carry with you all day. When you're, you know,

[00:03:16] [SPEAKER_02]: get up in the morning and you're looking them here and

[00:03:18] [SPEAKER_02]: you say, ah, that's a easy, they're going to be a good day.

[00:03:21] [SPEAKER_02]: You start an internal dialogue.

[00:03:23] [SPEAKER_02]: And sometimes Mr. Fier comes, you know, running down.

[00:03:27] [SPEAKER_01]: Running down the halls is, hey, no, don't do it.

[00:03:30] [SPEAKER_01]: Don't do it today. Don't do that. Don't don't think about

[00:03:32] [SPEAKER_01]: starting a new career. Don't think about polishing off your resume.

[00:03:35] [SPEAKER_01]: You just stay where you're at or something with that effect.

[00:03:38] [SPEAKER_02]: You know, but anyway.

[00:03:40] [SPEAKER_02]: So we're talking about feeling the fear and doing it anyway

[00:03:43] [SPEAKER_02]: this time on voice thought. So let's get right into it,

[00:03:46] [SPEAKER_02]: shall we? So Fier, as I mentioned,

[00:03:50] [SPEAKER_02]: is something that is really prevalent in the world,

[00:03:54] [SPEAKER_02]: especially over the past five years.

[00:03:56] [SPEAKER_02]: I mean, we had the, you know, the 2020, you know,

[00:04:00] [SPEAKER_02]: issues with COVID and everything else.

[00:04:03] [SPEAKER_02]: And if you think back to that, how was Fier used to control

[00:04:06] [SPEAKER_02]: the masses and to make people comply that may have had

[00:04:10] [SPEAKER_02]: questions about certain things. You know,

[00:04:13] [SPEAKER_02]: whether it be the vaccine mandates, you know,

[00:04:18] [SPEAKER_02]: the, they're in the articles within those

[00:04:21] [SPEAKER_02]: about distancing and all this does this work?

[00:04:24] [SPEAKER_02]: Does that work? You know, what have there were questions

[00:04:26] [SPEAKER_02]: brought up? And you saw a lot of especially

[00:04:30] [SPEAKER_02]: from mainstream news and media.

[00:04:34] [SPEAKER_02]: You saw a Fier campaign go out.

[00:04:37] [SPEAKER_02]: Instead of information. Okay.

[00:04:41] [SPEAKER_02]: But let me, let me back up.

[00:04:43] [SPEAKER_02]: Fier was presented during that time period in my humble opinion

[00:04:46] [SPEAKER_02]: as information.

[00:04:49] [SPEAKER_02]: You also see it in, when you go to,

[00:04:54] [SPEAKER_02]: let's say if you wanted to get another job,

[00:04:56] [SPEAKER_02]: let's say you're talking with your friends or your family

[00:04:58] [SPEAKER_02]: members and say, you know, I'm working at XYZ company.

[00:05:02] [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, making X amount of dollars.

[00:05:04] [SPEAKER_02]: I make a decent living.

[00:05:05] [SPEAKER_02]: But, you know, I really always wanted to do this.

[00:05:09] [SPEAKER_02]: This is my passion here.

[00:05:10] [SPEAKER_02]: I'm just kind of, you know, holding time,

[00:05:14] [SPEAKER_02]: biting time, killing time, whatever,

[00:05:17] [SPEAKER_02]: whatever vernacular you want to use and say,

[00:05:21] [SPEAKER_02]: I'm not totally miserable,

[00:05:23] [SPEAKER_02]: but I'm just like,

[00:05:26] [SPEAKER_02]: I'm here.

[00:05:27] [SPEAKER_02]: I'm here.

[00:05:28] [SPEAKER_02]: But I would really love to do this for a living

[00:05:32] [SPEAKER_02]: and what typically happens.

[00:05:36] [SPEAKER_02]: Oh, no, come out.

[00:05:37] [SPEAKER_02]: You're going to jeopardize your,

[00:05:39] [SPEAKER_02]: come on. You're going to jeopardize your golden goose.

[00:05:42] [SPEAKER_02]: This is paying your bills.

[00:05:43] [SPEAKER_02]: This is paying your mortgage.

[00:05:44] [SPEAKER_02]: This is paying your car payment.

[00:05:46] [SPEAKER_02]: This is helping you, you know,

[00:05:47] [SPEAKER_02]: save some money, save for retirement.

[00:05:49] [SPEAKER_02]: Allow you to take a vacation.

[00:05:50] [SPEAKER_02]: You're going to risk all of that.

[00:05:54] [SPEAKER_02]: See?

[00:05:55] [SPEAKER_02]: And words like that are used.

[00:05:56] [SPEAKER_02]: You're going to risk all that?

[00:06:00] [SPEAKER_02]: Or you're going to, why take a chance?

[00:06:03] [SPEAKER_02]: I mean, you're safe now.

[00:06:05] [SPEAKER_02]: You'll hear words like risk.

[00:06:07] [SPEAKER_02]: Safety on certainty.

[00:06:10] [SPEAKER_02]: Just a name of view.

[00:06:13] [SPEAKER_02]: And then what ends up happening?

[00:06:15] [SPEAKER_02]: Most of us will give into the fear.

[00:06:18] [SPEAKER_02]: The uncertainty, the lack of safety,

[00:06:22] [SPEAKER_02]: the lack of knowing the outcome,

[00:06:26] [SPEAKER_02]: and just remain static where we are.

[00:06:29] [SPEAKER_02]: Most of us will.

[00:06:30] [SPEAKER_02]: Now, some feel the fear,

[00:06:34] [SPEAKER_02]: confront the fear,

[00:06:36] [SPEAKER_02]: and overcome it in doing anyway.

[00:06:41] [SPEAKER_02]: So, what type of person are you?

[00:06:45] [SPEAKER_02]: I know the type I am.

[00:06:46] [SPEAKER_02]: I know the type I used to be.

[00:06:48] [SPEAKER_02]: I know the type I am morphing into.

[00:06:50] [SPEAKER_02]: I used to be in the,

[00:06:53] [SPEAKER_02]: and the latter,

[00:06:53] [SPEAKER_02]: I used to be like,

[00:06:54] [SPEAKER_02]: I'm just going to stay with the status quo.

[00:06:56] [SPEAKER_02]: I'm going to do what I'm supposed to do.

[00:06:58] [SPEAKER_02]: I got a cushy job here,

[00:07:00] [SPEAKER_02]: I'm making good money.

[00:07:02] [SPEAKER_02]: But what I found for myself was eventually by doing that.

[00:07:07] [SPEAKER_02]: Going against a desire,

[00:07:10] [SPEAKER_02]: going against my,

[00:07:12] [SPEAKER_02]: dare I say,

[00:07:13] [SPEAKER_02]: dare I say calling,

[00:07:15] [SPEAKER_02]: going against my calling as it were,

[00:07:18] [SPEAKER_02]: I was increasingly getting more miserable inside

[00:07:21] [SPEAKER_02]: because I was going against the flow of the current

[00:07:26] [SPEAKER_02]: of what my,

[00:07:28] [SPEAKER_02]: I don't know if you want to call it a soul.

[00:07:31] [SPEAKER_02]: My being,

[00:07:32] [SPEAKER_02]: my inner spirit.

[00:07:34] [SPEAKER_02]: What have you?

[00:07:35] [SPEAKER_02]: Wants to do and wanted to do.

[00:07:38] [SPEAKER_02]: Hence,

[00:07:40] [SPEAKER_02]: why,

[00:07:41] [SPEAKER_02]: why productions came to life.

[00:07:45] [SPEAKER_02]: Hence why,

[00:07:47] [SPEAKER_02]: purple pit studios came alive.

[00:07:50] [SPEAKER_02]: Hence,

[00:07:52] [SPEAKER_02]: why,

[00:07:53] [SPEAKER_02]: I just,

[00:07:55] [SPEAKER_02]: I test,

[00:07:55] [SPEAKER_02]: I dip my toe in the water a little bit,

[00:07:57] [SPEAKER_02]: and switch it around,

[00:07:58] [SPEAKER_02]: then I stuck my leg down to my,

[00:08:00] [SPEAKER_02]: down to my,

[00:08:01] [SPEAKER_02]: I almost set down to my ankle.

[00:08:02] [SPEAKER_02]: Down to my knee.

[00:08:04] [SPEAKER_02]: Down to your ankle,

[00:08:04] [SPEAKER_02]: any much.

[00:08:05] [SPEAKER_02]: Down to my knee.

[00:08:07] [SPEAKER_02]: And said,

[00:08:07] [SPEAKER_02]: you know what?

[00:08:07] [SPEAKER_02]: I'm jumping in.

[00:08:09] [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah,

[00:08:09] [SPEAKER_02]: water's a little cold.

[00:08:10] [SPEAKER_02]: It's a little uncertain.

[00:08:11] [SPEAKER_02]: I don't know if there's bacteria in there.

[00:08:12] [SPEAKER_02]: I'm jumping in.

[00:08:14] [SPEAKER_02]: And we'll deal with it when things as they happen.

[00:08:17] [SPEAKER_02]: It's still a work in progress,

[00:08:19] [SPEAKER_02]: because there are still some things I'm feel for,

[00:08:20] [SPEAKER_02]: for all of in the business world with regards.

[00:08:23] [SPEAKER_02]: And I,

[00:08:25] [SPEAKER_02]: I wouldn't even say maybe fearful.

[00:08:26] [SPEAKER_02]: I'm trepidacious.

[00:08:28] [SPEAKER_02]: Let's say that.

[00:08:28] [SPEAKER_02]: I'm cautiously optimistic.

[00:08:31] [SPEAKER_02]: I mean, you can't go in with blinders on.

[00:08:32] [SPEAKER_02]: You have to have a,

[00:08:34] [SPEAKER_02]: some sense of direction,

[00:08:36] [SPEAKER_02]: some sense of,

[00:08:38] [SPEAKER_02]: a realization,

[00:08:40] [SPEAKER_02]: you know,

[00:08:40] [SPEAKER_02]: some sense of reality.

[00:08:42] [SPEAKER_02]: So I'm not telling you,

[00:08:43] [SPEAKER_02]: believe me,

[00:08:43] [SPEAKER_02]: I'm not offering up advice to,

[00:08:47] [SPEAKER_02]: or counsel to say,

[00:08:49] [SPEAKER_02]: just quit your $100,000 a year job.

[00:08:52] [SPEAKER_02]: And go in and start right now,

[00:08:55] [SPEAKER_02]: open up a fabric store in your local,

[00:08:57] [SPEAKER_02]: I mean,

[00:08:58] [SPEAKER_02]: if that's what you want to do,

[00:08:59] [SPEAKER_02]: God bless you,

[00:08:59] [SPEAKER_02]: go for it.

[00:09:01] [SPEAKER_02]: But,

[00:09:01] [SPEAKER_02]: you know,

[00:09:03] [SPEAKER_02]: do it,

[00:09:04] [SPEAKER_02]: do what your spirit,

[00:09:05] [SPEAKER_02]: your cheese,

[00:09:06] [SPEAKER_02]: your soul,

[00:09:07] [SPEAKER_02]: your heart's desire is.

[00:09:09] [SPEAKER_02]: But there's ways,

[00:09:11] [SPEAKER_02]: especially now in today's world,

[00:09:13] [SPEAKER_02]: that you can do it,

[00:09:14] [SPEAKER_02]: and you can gradually move towards it.

[00:09:18] [SPEAKER_02]: You know,

[00:09:19] [SPEAKER_02]: I started doing like audio books in light voice over work,

[00:09:23] [SPEAKER_02]: and things of that nature and audio production,

[00:09:25] [SPEAKER_02]: some video production stuff.

[00:09:27] [SPEAKER_02]: You know,

[00:09:27] [SPEAKER_02]: doing this podcast here amongst other things,

[00:09:29] [SPEAKER_02]: and then other people have reached out and says,

[00:09:31] [SPEAKER_02]: I like the way you do your podcast.

[00:09:32] [SPEAKER_02]: Can you make me some,

[00:09:34] [SPEAKER_02]: you know,

[00:09:35] [SPEAKER_02]: some intros for my podcast?

[00:09:36] [SPEAKER_02]: Can you make me a,

[00:09:38] [SPEAKER_02]: they call them bumpers.

[00:09:40] [SPEAKER_02]: A bumper is between like segments.

[00:09:42] [SPEAKER_02]: Can you make me a,

[00:09:43] [SPEAKER_02]: with that with some voice over?

[00:09:44] [SPEAKER_02]: I just started generally here in there for a few people,

[00:09:47] [SPEAKER_02]: and then I have morphed into,

[00:09:49] [SPEAKER_02]: you know,

[00:09:50] [SPEAKER_02]: white productions,

[00:09:52] [SPEAKER_02]: purple bit studios amongst other things.

[00:09:55] [SPEAKER_02]: I would say,

[00:09:56] [SPEAKER_02]: we have to feel the fear and do it anyway,

[00:09:58] [SPEAKER_02]: and there's ways to confront fear.

[00:10:01] [SPEAKER_02]: Whether it's in a business sense or even your personal life,

[00:10:04] [SPEAKER_02]: let's say you want to,

[00:10:05] [SPEAKER_02]: let's shift to that too.

[00:10:07] [SPEAKER_02]: Let's say you want to make a change in your personal life.

[00:10:10] [SPEAKER_02]: You want to,

[00:10:12] [SPEAKER_02]: I don't know,

[00:10:13] [SPEAKER_02]: loose 50 pounds.

[00:10:15] [SPEAKER_02]: Let's say you think your 50 pounds are

[00:10:17] [SPEAKER_02]: overweight.

[00:10:17] [SPEAKER_02]: Okay, and you want to lose 50 pounds.

[00:10:19] [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, but I don't know.

[00:10:21] [SPEAKER_02]: I'm just afraid it,

[00:10:23] [SPEAKER_02]: you know,

[00:10:24] [SPEAKER_02]: it won't work.

[00:10:26] [SPEAKER_02]: I've tried,

[00:10:27] [SPEAKER_02]: I've lost eight pounds,

[00:10:28] [SPEAKER_02]: and then I went right back and ate a whole cheesecake or something.

[00:10:32] [SPEAKER_02]: There's fear of,

[00:10:33] [SPEAKER_02]: there's trepidation,

[00:10:34] [SPEAKER_02]: there's uncertainty there.

[00:10:35] [SPEAKER_02]: And it's hard work.

[00:10:37] [SPEAKER_02]: Let's face it.

[00:10:38] [SPEAKER_02]: It's,

[00:10:38] [SPEAKER_02]: it's work to change.

[00:10:39] [SPEAKER_02]: Change your life,

[00:10:40] [SPEAKER_02]: whether professionally,

[00:10:42] [SPEAKER_02]: it takes work.

[00:10:43] [SPEAKER_02]: So you have to have perseverance.

[00:10:47] [SPEAKER_02]: But being afraid,

[00:10:49] [SPEAKER_02]: don't let fear stop you.

[00:10:51] [SPEAKER_02]: Start doing research on weight loss.

[00:10:54] [SPEAKER_02]: Start looking at it.

[00:10:55] [SPEAKER_02]: What's one change I could make today?

[00:10:58] [SPEAKER_02]: And continue for the next week.

[00:11:00] [SPEAKER_02]: One thing that I can do

[00:11:02] [SPEAKER_02]: that'll get me on the path

[00:11:04] [SPEAKER_02]: to lose that 50 pounds.

[00:11:07] [SPEAKER_02]: Now,

[00:11:08] [SPEAKER_02]: let's say for instance,

[00:11:09] [SPEAKER_02]: you find yourself snacking after 8 p.m in the evenings.

[00:11:13] [SPEAKER_02]: All right.

[00:11:13] [SPEAKER_02]: I know more snacking after 8 p.m at night.

[00:11:17] [SPEAKER_02]: I don't even care for out in an event.

[00:11:19] [SPEAKER_02]: Nothing.

[00:11:21] [SPEAKER_02]: The cut off time,

[00:11:22] [SPEAKER_02]: there's no more snack.

[00:11:23] [SPEAKER_02]: I can have water, tea, coffee, whatever.

[00:11:26] [SPEAKER_02]: That's fine.

[00:11:26] [SPEAKER_02]: But there is no snacking on solid foods

[00:11:29] [SPEAKER_02]: after 8 p.m.

[00:11:31] [SPEAKER_02]: period.

[00:11:32] [SPEAKER_02]: There's one change you can make for a week.

[00:11:34] [SPEAKER_02]: And then at the end of that week?

[00:11:36] [SPEAKER_02]: Did you do it?

[00:11:37] [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I did.

[00:11:38] [SPEAKER_02]: It's not a problem,

[00:11:39] [SPEAKER_02]: you know, first couple three days

[00:11:40] [SPEAKER_02]: because I was used to it.

[00:11:41] [SPEAKER_02]: It was a pain in the butt.

[00:11:43] [SPEAKER_02]: All right.

[00:11:43] [SPEAKER_02]: Then add something to that.

[00:11:45] [SPEAKER_02]: What's another thing

[00:11:46] [SPEAKER_02]: that I can do for a week

[00:11:47] [SPEAKER_02]: starting this week?

[00:11:49] [SPEAKER_02]: And do for the next seven consecutive days

[00:11:51] [SPEAKER_02]: that'll help me again conquer the fear

[00:11:54] [SPEAKER_02]: and move me further along on the path

[00:11:56] [SPEAKER_02]: for my weight loss goals.

[00:11:57] [SPEAKER_02]: All right.

[00:11:58] [SPEAKER_02]: So we already have no eating after 8 p.m.

[00:12:00] [SPEAKER_02]: nothing solid foods.

[00:12:02] [SPEAKER_02]: What's the other thing?

[00:12:03] [SPEAKER_02]: You know what?

[00:12:04] [SPEAKER_02]: I'm going to make an effort

[00:12:05] [SPEAKER_02]: every other day

[00:12:07] [SPEAKER_02]: to walk for 10 minutes,

[00:12:10] [SPEAKER_02]: whether it's inside standing

[00:12:11] [SPEAKER_02]: on a treadmill, on a bicycle,

[00:12:14] [SPEAKER_02]: or you go outside for a walk.

[00:12:15] [SPEAKER_02]: Just 10 minutes every other day this week

[00:12:18] [SPEAKER_02]: I'm going to go for walk for just 10 minutes.

[00:12:20] [SPEAKER_02]: Get some fresh air outside

[00:12:21] [SPEAKER_02]: or do it inside if weather doesn't permit that.

[00:12:25] [SPEAKER_02]: Then at the end of that week?

[00:12:27] [SPEAKER_02]: Hey, okay.

[00:12:29] [SPEAKER_02]: You see where I'm going with this?

[00:12:30] [SPEAKER_02]: You're gradually conquering those fears

[00:12:33] [SPEAKER_02]: and putting yourself on the path

[00:12:35] [SPEAKER_02]: to do what your heart's desire

[00:12:37] [SPEAKER_02]: and what your goals and dreams are.

[00:12:43] [SPEAKER_02]: Fear is a big thing.

[00:12:45] [SPEAKER_02]: It stops a lot.

[00:12:46] [SPEAKER_02]: It stops industry.

[00:12:47] [SPEAKER_02]: It stops personal development.

[00:12:49] [SPEAKER_02]: It stops people from reconciling

[00:12:51] [SPEAKER_02]: when there's an argument between them,

[00:12:54] [SPEAKER_02]: whether it's between a friend

[00:12:55] [SPEAKER_02]: or a family member.

[00:12:57] [SPEAKER_02]: Okay.

[00:12:58] [SPEAKER_02]: Oh, you know, I said some horrible things

[00:12:59] [SPEAKER_02]: I did this

[00:13:00] [SPEAKER_02]: and that and we haven't spoken for a while.

[00:13:03] [SPEAKER_02]: Reach out.

[00:13:05] [SPEAKER_02]: Well, what if they hang up the phone

[00:13:06] [SPEAKER_02]: and call me a bad name?

[00:13:08] [SPEAKER_02]: Okay.

[00:13:09] [SPEAKER_02]: Then they hang up the phone

[00:13:10] [SPEAKER_02]: and call you a bad name.

[00:13:13] [SPEAKER_02]: You're going to sit around and

[00:13:15] [SPEAKER_02]: wonder about the what ifs?

[00:13:16] [SPEAKER_02]: Either way, you'll get an answer.

[00:13:19] [SPEAKER_02]: Right?

[00:13:21] [SPEAKER_02]: You'll get an answer.

[00:13:23] [SPEAKER_02]: If you really, if that's your heart desire

[00:13:25] [SPEAKER_02]: and you want to reach out to the said individual

[00:13:29] [SPEAKER_02]: and say listen,

[00:13:30] [SPEAKER_02]: you know, things were said

[00:13:32] [SPEAKER_02]: our argument got heated

[00:13:34] [SPEAKER_02]: or you felt I did this

[00:13:35] [SPEAKER_02]: or I felt that you did that

[00:13:37] [SPEAKER_02]: and I'd like to talk about it

[00:13:39] [SPEAKER_02]: and see if just coming just resolve it

[00:13:41] [SPEAKER_02]: and move forward

[00:13:42] [SPEAKER_02]: because I value your friendship.

[00:13:43] [SPEAKER_02]: I value you as whatever

[00:13:45] [SPEAKER_02]: and see,

[00:13:47] [SPEAKER_02]: don't be afraid to make the first move.

[00:13:50] [SPEAKER_02]: Don't let your vanity

[00:13:51] [SPEAKER_02]: and your ego

[00:13:53] [SPEAKER_02]: stop what could possibly be

[00:13:56] [SPEAKER_02]: a great reconciliation and great future.

[00:13:59] [SPEAKER_02]: I had

[00:14:00] [SPEAKER_02]: here's a big thing.

[00:14:04] [SPEAKER_02]: It'll stop you like I said

[00:14:05] [SPEAKER_02]: and your personal life

[00:14:07] [SPEAKER_02]: and your professional life

[00:14:08] [SPEAKER_02]: and in your own mind,

[00:14:11] [SPEAKER_02]: your mind

[00:14:12] [SPEAKER_02]: is programmed for pleasure.

[00:14:15] [SPEAKER_02]: It's the human condition.

[00:14:16] [SPEAKER_02]: We are programmed to gravitate towards easy

[00:14:18] [SPEAKER_02]: and we are programmed to gravitate towards safe

[00:14:22] [SPEAKER_02]: and not challenging.

[00:14:25] [SPEAKER_02]: We are at our core,

[00:14:27] [SPEAKER_02]: dare I say lazy

[00:14:29] [SPEAKER_02]: creations.

[00:14:32] [SPEAKER_02]: However,

[00:14:33] [SPEAKER_02]: we can train ourselves.

[00:14:36] [SPEAKER_02]: We can conquer the fear.

[00:14:39] [SPEAKER_02]: Fear has an acronym.

[00:14:40] [SPEAKER_02]: You've probably seen it all over the internet.

[00:14:42] [SPEAKER_02]: Face everything and rise

[00:14:45] [SPEAKER_02]: F-E-A-R, face everything

[00:14:48] [SPEAKER_02]: and rise

[00:14:50] [SPEAKER_02]: or fear everything

[00:14:52] [SPEAKER_02]: and run.

[00:14:55] [SPEAKER_02]: Which one?

[00:14:57] [SPEAKER_02]: Which path will you take?

[00:15:05] [SPEAKER_02]: Hey, thanks for listening to the program today.
