Thank you so much on this episode of Think on This. Just because you are struggling does not mean you are failing. Let me say that again, just because you are struggling does not mean you are failing. It's easy to get discouraged and think that when things are going wrong and seem to be going wrong and you're struggling, that all is lost. But it's not, my friends, it's not. Struggling is a part of life. Struggling is a part of change. Struggling means you're growing. Struggling means not remaining stagnant, that you're in life. You're participating in life, no matter what those struggles may be, whether it's struggling with a goal, struggling to pursue a dream. You may have some health struggles, but if you're in that midst of that struggle, take heart, You're not alone. I'm not sure of anyone who could honestly say I have a perfect life. Everyone goes through struggles at times. We all have challenges, We all have struggles. It's how we deal and handle the struggles and challenges in our lives that helps us to grow and become stronger and more resilient. And I would dare say more aiative of our lives and of the triumphs that we acquire as we journey on this thing called life. And there's no shame in reaching out when you're struggling, confiding in a close friend, relative, or loved one, or maybe even at time seeking professional help as well. There's no shame in that at all. Don't feel like people will think you're weak. In fact, it takes a lot of courage to ask for help when you're struggling. And we're all here, aren't we ultimately to help one another, encourage one another, and be there for one another. And at the end of the day, our struggles make us who we are. It helps us to be a better part of the human race. So take heart in that and remember that on the journey of life, as we all travel it together, just because you are struggling does not mean that you are failing. Take this with you for the rest of your week. Thank you so much for joining us on Think on This today. We're grateful for each and every one of you are loyal listeners, And until the next time from Think on This, be well.
