Well, hello there, and welcome to another episode of Think on This. We're so glad you decided to spend some of your valuable time with us today. On this episode of Think on This, laziness kills ambition. Let me say that again, Laziness kills ambition. If we think about that, how many times do we have ambitious thoughts and goals and dreams. I'm going to exercise more, I'm going to get into shape. But then a lot of times we get lazy. I'll start next week, I'll start tomorrow, I'll start next month, and we put things off. Or I want to get a better paying job, Well I'll start looking, but I've got too many bills to pay right now. Or I want to write the great American novel. I want to be a writer, I've written some things in the past, or maybe I haven't and I just want to start writing. Oh I'm just too tired. We get lazy. We think I'll put it off till tomorrow. Why not tomorrow, It'll be a better time. Or I want to have a better relationship with my siblings and my loved ones. But we fall into those same old lazy traps of acting how we act, maybe instead of becoming an active listener and a better listener and more understanding and more compassionate. Remember that when you have ambition, there's going to be some obstacles no matter what your goal may be. And the easiest way to get to those goals and to satisfy that ambition is to start right now now. It doesn't have to be big steps or big moves. It can be small moves. If you're going to start a health program, you can start, let's say by cutting out suites. Or let's say you have three cans of soda a day. You can cut out one and then the next week cut out another one, just in incremental steps. The key is not to be lazy with our ambitions. Our ambitions are what drives us to reach our goals and isn't that what it's all about, my friends, to better ourselves, to be happier, healthier, more of sound mind and body. But we must remember this, that laziness kills ambition, and if we reverse that, ambition will kill your laziness.
