Let me say that again, Love yourself first because that's well, you'll spend the rest of your life with. What a very powerful, powerful statement that is, my friends, think about it. It was said in a movie I believe from the eighties, Wherever you go, there you are, And isn't that so true as well? You have to have a healthy self image of yourself and love yourself, not continually beat yourself up for maybe mistakes you might have made in the past or regrets that you may have had in the past or in your life currently. These things can be learning experiences, yes, but they shouldn't be chains that we carry around with us throughout our lives. We want to truly love ourselves and it is only by truly loving ourselves that we can be loved and we can love others. And it's not about being arrogant, or about being egotistical or narcissistic, or having an over grown sense of self importance. It's just about having a healthy love for yourself. That we are good enough. We deserve to be loved, We deserve happiness, We deserve all the things that life has to offer, and we should embrace those every day. And once you find that you can do this, the world in the universe is going to open up for you and you'll find your path much easier to travel. So as you go about the rest of your week, what we'd like you to do is really internalize the following statement, love yourself first, because that's who you'll spend the rest of your life with thank you so much for joining us today on this episode of Think on This.
